We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project management capabilities, standardize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage multiple large-scale manufacturing projects, including new facility setups, equipment installations, and process optimizations.
Provide Project Management Office (PMO) support across various business units to drive operational excellence and cost-saving initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, to ensure successful execution.
Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide stakeholders with insightful reports and presentations.
Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and proactively address potential disruptions.
Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment.
Collaborate with plant leaders to validate cost savings and deliver measurable business improvements.
Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all projects.
Build and strengthen project management capabilities by developing robust training programs.
Operate with minimal supervision, exercising strong judgment and escalating issues when necessary.
Foster teamwork and collaboration in both remote and in-person settings.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or Business Management (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or a proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects in manufacturing environments.
10+ years of experience managing multiple projects and providing PMO support for enterprise-level strategy rollouts.
Experience with ERP systems, supply chain processes, and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, MS SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Experience developing and standardizing project management methodologies is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
Ability to travel within Mexico and the United States, including flexibility for short-notice travel and extended stays as needed.
Valid passport and ability to obtain necessary travel visas.
