Senior IT Systems Engineer

The Role
This is both a ‘build’ and ‘run’ role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our enterprise systems while also working on projects to design and implement user-centric solutions. We are seeking a resourceful, technically-adept professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate combines a customer-first mentality with a passion for problem-solving and continuous technical growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide operational support (ex: troubleshooting user issues, configuration changes, feature releases) across our enterprise collaboration systems (Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Maintain internal documentation, knowledge articles, and operating procedures
- Work closely with first level end user support teams for incident and problem resolution, training of support team
- Work with Veeva Security teams for incident investigations and implementation of security changes
- Support the onboarding or rationalization of internal systems as required
- Design, build, and maintain custom tooling and solutions as required
- Proactively identify opportunities for internal improvements and deliver on those projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or other related experience
- 3+ years experience administrating enterprise systems such as Google Workspace, Zoom, or other equivalent IT systems
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Demonstrated history of learning and adopting new technology and tools quickly
- Strong analytical skills: able to listen and elicit business requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with little direct supervision
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US
Nice to Have
- Experience working with telephony and contact center systems
- Experience with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud or AWS)
- Experience with builds scripts, custom tooling, integrations
- General knowledge of SDLC

Compensation
- Base pay: $85,000 - $135,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
