An exciting opportunity is available within a multidisciplinary Building, Energy, and Infrastructure team. This role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful projects while developing technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

This role provides technical and design support for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The position focuses on developing design and construction drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation for institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and design services for mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand project requirements and provide engineering solutions.

• Conduct preliminary evaluations and prepare engineering reports.

• Develop design drawings, technical specifications, and permit submittals.

• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously and deliver work within established schedules and budgets.

• Support multidisciplinary project teams throughout project planning, design, and execution phases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity within a short timeframe.

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and HVAC system analysis.

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also managing independent assignments.

• Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing and fire protection system design.

• Experience supporting healthcare facility projects.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable background record may be required depending on project needs.
