Press Brake Operator – Precision Metal Fabrication

Currie, NC | Full-Time | $19–$25/hr (DOE)

Your Responsibilities:

• Master the Machine: Set up and operate manual and CNC hydraulic press brakes (175 & 250 ton) with meticulous attention to tonnage limits and bend sequences.
• Technical Precision: Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications to ensure every component meets exact standards.
• Analytical Layout: Use specialized tools and math to measure and mark reference points with high accuracy.
• Stable Operations: Follow established safety and quality procedures consistently, contributing to a calm and reliable shop floor.

What You Bring (Requirements):

• Technical Expertise: 1+ year of experience in press brake operation or a similar fabrication setting where precision was paramount.
• Deliberate Mindset: A strong work ethic focused on reliability and an eye for the smallest details.
• Team Reliability: A collaborative but independent worker who can communicate technical needs clearly within a team setting.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maintain focus during a compressed 4-day work week.

Schedule & Stability:

• Work-Life Balance: Monday–Thursday, 40 hours/week, providing a consistent and predictable schedule.
• Occasional Overtime: Mandatory overtime only when necessary to meet our high production standards.
