Accounts Payable Extended and Service Warranty Admin
This position will process all extended warranty remittances and cancellations for all three of our stores. Candidates must be ready to work in a fantastic & hard working team environment. Our Ideal candidate will possess strong organization skills, as well have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Process all warranty payments on a weekly basis for our 3 dealerships
- Process all warranty cancellations and ensure proper documentation is gathered
- Reconcile all warranty payable and AR schedules weekly
- Post all cancellation refunds, break down charge-backs and credits accordingly
- Follow up on outstanding and aged cancellations
- File and maintain meticulous electronic records of individual warranty documentation
- Responds to customers, lien-holders and managers questions promptly regarding customers cancellations
- Perform various other accounting responsibilities as needed
