Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance for a diverse equipment mix.
• Perform heavy equipment repairs; drive root-cause troubleshooting.
• Maintain facility systems to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems at 120/208/240/480 volts.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
• Carry out engine performance and drivability assessments.
• Perform machine safety inspections to meet standards.
• Service packaging machines, wrapping machines, and HVAC systems.
• Repair refrigeration/cooling systems and plastics equipment, including injection molding, extrusion, and die-cast machines.
• Operate and maintain gear machinery, forklifts, paint sprayers, sliding table saws, band saws, and belt sanders.

Must-Have Experience

• Demonstrated success in facilities maintenance and equipment repair.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Robust mechanical troubleshooting with emphasis on engine performance.
• Comfortable working with 120/208/240/480V systems.
• Hands-on work with packaging and wrapping machines and HVAC.
• Knowledge of refrigeration/cooling systems and machinery such as injection molding, extrusion, and die-cast.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and PM tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
