Recruiter – Temp-to-Hire | In-Person (Durham, NC 27713)

We’re partnering with a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device space—known for its inspiring mission and meaningful impact—seeking a Temp-to-Hire, Recruiter to join their team in Durham, NC. This is an onsite position, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

What you’ll do as a Recruiter:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.pdf)
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, and social media platforms
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track activity within HR systems
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a smooth transition
• Stay current on employment laws and recruiting best practices to ensure compliance

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience required (non-negotiable)
• Paylocity experience is required (non-negotiable)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Fully onsite during Temp-to-Hire period
• Located in Durham, NC (27713)
• After permanent conversion: eligible to work from home 1 day per week

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check (FDA-regulated environment)
• Ability to work onsite and maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information
