What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Start your day dispatched from home in a fully wrapped company vehicle
• Handle 34 residential service calls per day (commercial calls available if experienced)
• Work completely paperless using ServiceTitan CRM
• Debrief with dispatch after each job
• Visit the office about once to twice per week to restock materials or attend training
• Deliver top-notch service and leave customers satisfied

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a positive attitude and a professional demeanor
• Communicates clearly and builds great rapport with clients
• Enjoys problem-solving and hands-on work
• Is motivated to succeed and grow their income
• Has 3+ years of experience in residential service & installation
• Holds a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
