- Collaborates with Zaxby’s Support Center on strategic plan and Zax LLC initiatives
- Collaborates with DM in setting quarterly goals for their district that align with overall strategic plan for the Brand
- Develops talent/people in each district to achieve organizational goals
- Coaches District Managers on how to recruit the best talent that fits the Zaxby’s Culture
- Completes quarterly job performance assessments of each District Manager in their region and provides continuous training and development of District Managers based on feedback from these assessments
- Cultivates an accountability culture that spearheads development and growth
- Conducts periodic store inspections (including but not limited to RER, Food Safety, and Inventory Audits) to ensure that brand standards and procedures are being always upheld
- Consistently reviews regional performance to ensure quality of service to both internal and external guests aligns with brand standards and holds District Managers accountable for staffing and operations
- Collaborates with Zaxby’s Support Center when needed to solve roadblocks within their region
- Reporting on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of the company
- Prepare performance reports for presentation to leadership
- Controlling cost to maximize revenue
- Diagnosing problems with the running of the business and formulate effective solutions
- Work with varying departments to select, evaluate, and approve opportunities for growth in the Region

- Strong analytical/decision making skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: 7+ years of multi-unit experience
- Other: Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
