We're looking for an experienced Finish Grade Operator to join our growing team.

Position Summary:
The Finish Grade Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment to perform precise grading and finish work on civil construction projects. This role requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of site grades, slopes, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, motor graders, and excavators for final grading and site finish work

• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes

• Maintain grade accuracy within tight tolerances

• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance

• Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and surveyors to meet project requirements

• Follow company safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a finish grade operator in civil or site construction

• Proficient with GPS machine control systems (Trimble or Topcon preferred)

• Ability to read and understand grade plans and elevation drawings

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
