Parkway Ford Lincoln is seeking a dependable, professional Pick-Up & Delivery Driver to support our growing service department. This position also includes Lot Attendant responsibilities and plays an important role in maintaining smooth dealership operations.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for safely transporting customer vehicles while also assisting with vehicle organization and lot management. The ideal candidate is reliable, courteous, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely retrieve and deliver customer vehicles to and from on-site and off-site locations

• Operate dealership vehicles in a safe and professional manner

• Provide courteous, professional interactions with customers

• Transport customers using dealership vehicles as requested

• Assist with vehicle movement to support service lane efficiency

• Perform Lot Attendant duties including organizing, parking, and staging vehicles

• Maintain clean and orderly service drive and parking areas

• Support the service department with additional operational tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred

• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit vehicles throughout the workday

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work Saturdays until 2:00 PM as needed
