We specialize in providing top-tier, environmentally responsible sanitation for residential and commercial trash bins-killing 99% of bacteria and leaving cans fresh and odor free. Position Overview :

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Trash Can Cleaner/Driver to operate our specialized cleaning trailer and deliver outstanding service to our customers. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and experienced with towing trailers. You'll be the face of Grime Guardians out in the field. We need someone who is self-motivated and holds high standards of integrity.

Responsibilities:

* Drive company vehicle (3/4 ton, service body truck) while towing a custom-built trailer for trash can cleaning.

* Operate cleaning equipment to sanitize and deodorize residential and commercial trash bins.

* Perform daily inspections, basic maintenance and cleaning on trailer and equipment.

* Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the brand positively.

* Communicate effectively with customers and management as needed.

* Follow a set route and schedule using route optimization tools.

* Complete detailed service reports and log activities throughout the service route.

* Ensure safe and environmentally responsible water and waste disposal practices.

Requirements:

* Must have trailer pulling/backing experience. (16-20 ft trailer preferred).

* Valid NC driver's license with a clean driving record.

* Ability to start work at 7:30 AM each day and work until the route is complete.

* Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor outdoors in all weather.

* Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

* Reliable, punctual, self motivated and honest.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Prior experience in delivery driving, pressure washing, landscaping or similar roles is a plus.
