About Us

We're a growing food manufacturing company seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead our packaging operations. Our facility runs 24/7, producing high-quality snack products that are enjoyed nationwide.

The Role

As Production Manager, you'll oversee five packaging lines, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll lead a team of supervisors and play a crucial role in our continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and safety standards are met or exceeded
• Manage and coach four supervisors, each overseeing 20+ team members per shift
• Maintain equipment functionality and optimize production flow
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead daily KPI management
• Contribute to overall plant performance as a key member of the leadership team
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support
• Occasional domestic and international travel

What You Bring

• Required: 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in food manufacturing
• Required: Bachelor's degree in food technology, engineering, supply chain, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong knowledge of FDA requirements and GFSI certification standards
• Experience with SAP and BRC-GS is advantageous
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus

• Competitive salary range: $115,000 - $150,000 Depending on Experience
