Registered Nurse Telemetry (RN-Tele) Contract Opportunity Hope Mills, NC
A healthcare facility in Hope Mills, North Carolina, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. This contract position offers the chance to apply your telemetry nursing skills to monitor and care for patients with cardiac conditions, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients with telemetry equipment for cardiac rhythm and status changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and care
- Document nursing care accurately in patient records, ensuring pliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
- Experience in telemetry nursing preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent munication abilities and teamwork orientation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
