Quality Manager
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Oversee quality control, laboratory, and blending operations at the facility.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate laboratory and blending personnel.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and documentation of all measuring equipment.
- Develop and implement quality procedures, test methods, and documentation.
- Review and make final disposition decisions on product quality.
- Lead corrective actions and investigate non-conformances to improve quality performance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal audit processes.
- Ability to manage and document quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of laboratory testing concepts and chemical handling procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to interact with customers on technical quality matters.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
