We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and support our Outpatient Clinic Program Managers, ensuring excellence in clinical operations, staff development, and service quality. In this vital role, you’ll ensure excellence in clinical operations, champion staff development, and uphold the highest standards of care for those we serve. Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: 80,000 – $90,000 annually
Reports To: Executive Leadership Team
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and mentor four (4) Outpatient Clinic Program Managers, offering training, guidance, and constructive feedback to ensure smooth and effective clinic operations.
- Staffing & Recruitment: Partner with Program Managers on staffing needs, supporting recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality candidates.
- Performance Management: Provide year-round performance feedback and conduct annual evaluations for Program Managers, including updated job descriptions and goal setting.
- Operational Oversight: Meet regularly with Program Managers to ensure clinics meet financial, operational, and programmatic goals while maintaining compliance with agency policies and standards.
- Problem Solving & Support: Collaborate with Program Managers to address issues related to coverage, productivity, outcome measures, workload expectations, and clinic management.
- Professional Development: Offer administrative support, supervision, and consultation to help Program Managers broaden their skills, enhance leadership capacity, and expand professional knowledge.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure clinical and administrative operations align with regulatory standards, organizational goals, and best practices in behavioral health care.
- Collaboration: Partner with other departments and leadership to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and community partnerships.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: Dual license preferred — LCSW, LMHC, or LCAS (active and in good standing).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of clinical and supervisory experience in behavioral health, substance use, or related settings.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple programs, and ensure accountability across service areas.
- Skills:
- Strong communicator with excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative, dependable, and able to foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000
