The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization where your technical expertise directly supports safety, efficiency, and operational readiness.Working under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance, youll troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate ensuresfleet reliability, minimize AOG delays, and support 24/7 coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and modificationstoaircraftsystems, includingairframe, powerplant, electrical, and avionics.

• Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and determineappropriate correctiveactionsinaccordance withapproved data.

• Coordinate with maintenance control and operations to minimizeaircraftdowntimeandsupport efficient scheduling.

• Ensure all maintenance actionscomply withFAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.

• Support both in-hangar maintenance operations and mobile AOGresponsetomaintainoperational continuity.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work environmentin accordance withsafety and compliance standards.

• Maintainaccurate, completemaintenancerecordsand ensure accountability for assignedaircraft.

Qualifications

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required).

• Legally authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

• Minimum2 years ofaircraftmaintenance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.

• Basic computerproficiency(Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet navigation).

• Familiarity with Citation Xaircraft(preferred).
