General Laborer

Aerotek is hiring General Laborer-Pay $21/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Install metal fences and frames on a robotics floor.
• Use hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, hammers, torque wrenches).
• Drill into concrete and handle repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable using tools and reading a tape measure.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, or production is a plus.

Pay: $20–$21/hour

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
• (Monday–Friday, some flexibility required)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
