North Charlotte Metro Area | Direct Hire | $31–$45/hr (DOE) + Bonuses

Our client, a well-established electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee crews on commercial and industrial projects. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for supervising field teams, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards of quality. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving challenges in the field, and representing a company known for its reliability and craftsmanship.

Electrical Foreman Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial and industrial job sites.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and plans, ensuring NEC and local code compliance.
• Oversee safe and efficient installation of electrical systems.
• Manage materials, tools, labor, and safety on active projects.
• Act as the on-site liaison between project management and field crews.
• Mentor journeymen and apprentices to build team capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve site challenges promptly.
• Track progress and provide updates to leadership.

Electrical Foreman Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician on commercial/industrial projects.
• Skilled at reading and applying technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Strong leadership skills with an interest in training and team development.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC standards and local codes.
• Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with field-based technology for scheduling and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license required.
