Hospitality Experience Organizer
We are expanding our remote team and are looking for client-focused individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful experiences. In this role, you will coordinate reservations for clients worldwide, including accommodations, cruises, activities, transportation, and special events.
This is ideal for those who have organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will receive ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and access to exclusive perks while working fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Design personalized itineraries for clients
- Research and coordinate reservations through multiple suppliers
- Identify client preferences, needs, and budget and offer tailored recommendations
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve booking-related issues
- Maintain secure client records
- Participate in ongoing training

Requirements:
- Citizenship in the USA, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
