We are seeking an Experienced Caregiver in Mooresville, NC to join our dynamic team at Nurturing Nurses HomeCare Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their daily living experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is dedicated, reliable, and has a passion for helping others.

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with medication management and adherence to prescribed healthcare plans.
• Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping and household tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervisor.

Desired Qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a caregiving role, preferably in a home care setting. - CPR and First Aid certification is required. - Successful completion of a caregiver training program or equivalent experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate demeanor with a strong understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals. Nice-to-Haves: - Experience with specialized care for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia. - Knowledge of mobility assistance devices and safe lifting techniques. - Ability to provide companionship and emotional support to clients. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
