Your Day-to-Day as a Territory Sales ManagerAs a Territory Sales Manager at PMG Holding LLC, you will engage directly with customers by frequently driving to their sites, ensuring a strong presence and understanding of their needs. Your role involves providing in-depth knowledge of our company's materials and offerings while managing leads, quotations, sales reports, and expense accounts effectively. You will be a proactive relationship builder, communicating vital information between customers and our operations teams. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will shine through as you offer hands-on demonstrations and troubleshooting guidance, helping clients maximize their usage of our equipment.
Additionally, you will play a key role in setting up and assisting at trade shows, fostering connections, and collaborating efficiently with operations, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
What Matters MostTo thrive as a Territory Sales Manager at PMG Holding LLC, candidates must possess a blend of key skills and experience. With a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, individuals should demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity and a positive attitude. While paving or maintenance experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
A valid driver's license and an excellent driving record are necessary, as the role involves regular driving to customer sites.
