Truck Driver Class A Training Weekly No Exp
Cross Country Express is looking for Class A CDL drivers, either with experience or new CDL school graduates. This W2 position is for drivers who want steady freight, late-model equipment and comprehensive benefits from day one, while running regional routs that allow reliable home time.
Compensation & Perks:
- Pay range: $1,400-$1,800 per week, direct deposit (experience based).

- Equipment: 2024-2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Fully paid Training Programme for eligible recent CDL school graduates (minimum 120h of instruction).
The Job & Duties:
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely, under DOT accordance and company regulations.
- Home Time is weekly or every two weeks (depending on fleet assignment).
- Haul primarily No-Touch Dry Van Freight.
- Manage to meet pickup and delivery schedules, maintain on-time performance.
- Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports and DVIRs
- Pre-trip & Post-trip inspections.
- Professional communication with dispatch, customers and team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Class A licence
- Recent graduates must have 120h of instruction to be eligible for company training.
- Satisfactory MVR.
- Ability to pass DOT and pre-employment drug screening.
