Shifts: Alternating weekends, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced CVICU RN for a travel assignment in Asheville, NC. This role requires expertise in critical care nursing within a hospital environment, specifically in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). You will be working with advanced medical equipment and responsible for critical patient care decisions.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU
- Titration of vesicant medications
- Administering pressors, sedation, and paralytics
- Monitoring and managing ventilators and tracheostomies
- Interpreting telemetry and hemodynamic data
- Setting up and managing PA catheters
- Performing transvenous pacing, cardioversion, and TEE
- Assisting with chest tube insertions and maintenance
Requirements of the RN - CVICU
- Current RN license
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
- ICU experience is required
- CCRN certification recommended
- Familiarity with IABP, Impella, and CRRT is desirable
- Advanced skills in critical care procedures
