We are seeking a caring and dedicated Early Head Start Teacher to provides a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for infants and toddlers (0-3 years old). The teacher will support school readeness, early learning, and social-emotional development while following Early Head Start standards and North Carolina childcare licensing regulations.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities for infants and toddlers
- Provide daily care including feeding, diapering, and supervision
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Observe and document children's development and progress
- Communicate regularly with families about child development and needs
- Follow all NC licensing and Early Head Start performance standards
- Work collaboratively with staff, families, and support services
