What You'll Do

• General Accountant - Inventory Control, Acconunts Payable
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Process work orders, inventory transactions, and settlements with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform detailed data entry, account analysis, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for department leaders and management.
• Assist with quarterly and year‑end close activities, including financial statements and reporting.
• Support annual budget preparation and external audits.
• Contribute to special projects and additional accounting initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

• Hands‑on experience with general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Personal & Professional Attributes

• Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Demonstrates high integrity, discretion with confidential information, and a strong commitment to deadlines.
