Assistant Client Service Specialist (ACSS)

The Assistant Client Service Specialist (ACSS) position requires a great deal of data entry, processing eligibility, claims management and assisting the internal team with the daily duties of responding to our Group Benefit Clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Eligibility Processing
- Claims Processing
- Client Customer Service
- Assisting Account Managers & Client Service Specialists
- Compiling enrollment materials
- Searching web sites for provider information
- Updating M&S Internal Systems accurately
- Follow Workflows
- Build favorable work relationships
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Group health knowledge Preferred
- Knowledge of multiple insurance plan designs Preferred
- Life, Accident and Health license required or obtained within 1 year
- High level of organizational ability with attention to detail
- Ability to be part of a team, yet work independently
- Ability to prioritize work flows
- Excellent communication skills
