The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle options.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential leads to drive sales.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and ensure accurate listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process and beyond.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes effectively.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
• A passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
