WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS – FOUR OAKS, NC

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (includes shift differential)

Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Position Overview:
Seeking dependable warehouse associates with forklift experience to support warehouse and material handling operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must have at least 6 months of forklift experience. Experience operating slip and clamp attachments is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required
• Slip and clamp forklift experience preferred
• Steel toe shoes required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in hot and cold warehouse environments with limited climate control
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• General computer and basic math skills required
• Ability to read and understand documents written in English

Screening Requirements:
• 10-panel drug screen required
• Criminal background check required
• Candidates may begin work while background checks are pending, but final clearance is required before continuing assignment

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and finished products
• Use equipment such as conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks within warehouse operations
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory and warehouse records as needed
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company quality guidelines
• Work in a metrics-driven environment while meeting productivity and safety goals
• Maintain safe working conditions and follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Work Environment:
• Warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels
• Exposure to moving mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and warehouse conditions
• Hot summer conditions with no AC and cold winter conditions with limited heating
• Frequent standing, lifting, bending, climbing, reaching, and repetitive hand movements required
