The practice offers a guaranteed $465,000 compensation package , flexible scheduling with the ability to start part-time and transition into full-time , and a fast-track opportunity to become a Principal Partner .

Compensation & Financial Incentives

• Guaranteed $300,000 annual compensation
• $4,000 per diem OR 40% of production — whichever is greater
• $30,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an ADA-accredited program
• Board Eligible or Board Certified preferred but not neccessary
• Active (or ability to obtain) State dental license
