SHIPPER RECEIVER

The Shipper Receiver position at Weatherford is a comprehensive inventory management role that involves maintaining accurate records of assets and materials while ensuring timely replenishment of stock. This position serves as a critical link in the supply chain, providing vital information about current orders and forecasting future inventory needs. **Responsibilities** + Maintain, track, and forecast inventory on an ongoing basis + Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and report irregularities to supervisors + Monitor reorder points and initiate actions to replenish stock as needed + Compile documentation of materials and stock on hand + Run and initiate daily cycle count reports with variance explanations when required + Stock and issue materials and merchandise + Ensure accurate decomposition and reclassification of assets + Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships + Maintain records of all assets in inventory + Adhere to Weatherford's Security, Compliance & HSE policies + Prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environmental protection + Comply with the company's "Rules to Live By" and quality management system + Understand and follow all safety rules and company policies + Maintain service quality as an immediate priority + Understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements + Seek areas for continuous improvement **Qualifications** + 3-4+ years of general inventory experience + Basic forklift skills + Proficiency in basic computer skills, particularly Excel + Strong oral and written communication skills + Excellent organizational abilities + Attention to detail + Ability to multi-task effectively + Collaborative work style + Financial responsibility and adherence to budget constraints + Effective communication with all stakeholders + Commitment to personal development and career growth + Ethical behavior and leadership + Potential for limited travel (up to 10%, possibly including international travel) Weatherford is a leading global energy services company.
