Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist III to provide dedicated HR support during 3rd shift hours. This is a trial position designed to evaluate the need for HR coverage during overnight operations. If successful, the assignment may be extended. The role requires strong HR expertise, independent decision-making, and the ability to manage employee relations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities H andle all employee relations activities for 3rd shift staff. Counsel and coach managers on HR-related matters. Serve as the subject matter expert for HR policies and procedures. Own and update HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in managing employee relations. Solid foundational HR expertise with proven ability to manage employee relations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Experience influencing and coaching managers and employees. Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing HR support in a manufacturing or shift-based environment. Familiarity with HR systems and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow. Certification s Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Professional in Human Resources
