About the Role:
We’re looking for a professional and motivated Sales & Measurement Consultant to join our team. This position combines client relationship management with hands-on field measurements. You’ll meet customers on-site, take accurate dimensions for glass and stone installations, and prepare detailed quotes and job specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess project needs and provide accurate measurements.
• Use both a tape measure and digital measuring device to record dimensions precisely.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals based on field measurements and customer selections.
• Explain product options and finishes clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure a seamless handoff of measurements and specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring tools as needed.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, revisions, scheduling, and satisfaction.
• Contribute to team sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.

Qualifications:

• Strong math and geometry skills.
• Proficient with both tape and digital measuring tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in construction, glass, stone, or home improvement sales preferred but not required.
