We’re looking for self-starter, to work both as part of the team and on individual assignments, in an environment of customer mission delivery, integrity and communications.

We’re looking to fill this role with someone who currently has the cloud experience, certifications, and skills to execute in large environments, are flexible and enjoy tackling challenges, and desire to join a large team that is building and sustaining a large multi-tenant cloud platform/enterprise and migrating/expanding/automating the enterprise. HOW A NETWORK ENGINEER SR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Design, implement, and manage Cisco ACI fabric, including tenant policies, endpoint groups (EPGs), contracts, and application profiles
• Maintains the integrity and security of multiple network devices to include but not limited to: Cisco ACI, Cisco Nexus, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Firewalls, Palo Alto Panorama, FortiGate Firewalls, F5 Big IP, F5 Big IQ
• Create, maintain, and update documentation (diagrams, user guides, and SOPs)
• Supports and develops automation
• Maintains/enhances knowledge of network technology (Cisco / Palo Alto / Fortinet / F5)
• Monitors and improves existing and new deployments
• Work across teams, and external customer groups to develop strategy, design solutions, and advise implementation teams during infrastructure buildouts
• Deal with escalations. Make assessments, recommendations or provide solutions to resolve issues
• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
• Coordinates the acquisition of hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Required Education: BA/BS and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in network engineering focused on Cisco ACI
• Required Technical Skills: Networking (Routing, Firewall, and Switching), ​ACI
• Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain a public trust
• Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences at various levels of an organization
• Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering
• Palo Alto – Next Generation Firewalls
• Cisco Data Center Technologies
