Capital Ford of Lillington is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers. What You'll Be Doing
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic vehicle inspections.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance services are performed efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect and replace filters, belts, and other minor components as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
- Assist with other service department tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
