Lead with Care and Compassion as Our Clinical Director

What You'll Be Doing

As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the care we provide. Your leadership will ensure that our team operates efficiently and that our clients receive the highest standard of service. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Providing guidance and support to clinical staff to promote professional growth and excellence.
• Developing and implementing care strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of clinical programs and making improvements as needed.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related human-services field preferred
• Active North Carolina clinical license required: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, or equivalent.
• Must meet NC DHHS Clinical Supervisor requirements.
• Valid NC Driver’s License and ability to pass background and credentialing checks.
