Lead with Care and Compassion as Our Clinical Director
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare field? My Connected Crew, located in the heart of Charlotte, NC, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Director to join our team. We are a close-knit organization committed to delivering exceptional care and fostering a supportive environment for both our clients and staff.
What You'll Be DoingAs the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the care we provide. Your leadership will ensure that our team operates efficiently and that our clients receive the highest standard of service. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Overseeing clinical operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Providing guidance and support to clinical staff to promote professional growth and excellence.
- Developing and implementing care strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of clinical programs and making improvements as needed.

- A commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered care.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related human-services field preferred
- Active North Carolina clinical license required: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, or equivalent.
- Must meet NC DHHS Clinical Supervisor requirements.
- Valid NC Driver’s License and ability to pass background and credentialing checks.
