Develop and maintain technical accounting policies while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and evolving business requirements. Establish scalable internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation to support continued organizational growth. Partner closely with the CFO on acquisition due diligence, quality of earnings support, lender reporting, and strategic finance initiatives. Own the finance administration of the company's NetSuite environment while identifying opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and AI-enabled efficiencies. Manage treasury operations, including banking relationships, payment controls, cash application, and related accounting activities. Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
