Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

There are two unique positions open: one focusing on K-12th grade and another specifically serving preschool-aged students. Both assignments allow you to provide impactful, student-centered therapy and foster communication growth in young learners.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy services to students on your caseload (approximately 55 students)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Provide consultation and support to staff and families regarding speech and language development
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, solution-oriented school environment
