About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Service Technician Helper to join our team in Wilmington, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn a trade and grow with our company. As a Service Technician Helper, you will work alongside our experienced technicians, assisting with all aspects of inground pool liner replacements and other various swimming pool repair

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the removal of old pool liners and preparation of the pool for a new liner.
• Help with the installation of new vinyl liners, including measuring, setting, and securing the liner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites.
• Transport tools and materials to and from job sites.
• Provide support to the lead technician as needed.
• Uphold our commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• A strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from our Wilmington, NC location.
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
