Iron Skillet at Kenly 95 Petro is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a line cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Skills: Strong knife skills, ability to multitask, and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly under pressure without compromising quality.
