Press Brake Operator/CNC Fabricator
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator/CNC Fabricator to join our dynamic team in Gastonia, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the fabrication of metal components. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or fabrication is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or CNC Fabricator, with a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
