Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Skilled in developing IEPs, progress reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective communicator with exceptional organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse PreK-5 caseload
• Engage in collaborative teamwork with a fellow SLP and school staff for coordinated student care
• Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and legal requirements
• Attend team meetings and communicate regularly with families and educators to share progress and strategies
• Deliver therapy sessions both individually and in small group settings
