Shipper Receiver

Job Description

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Shipper Receiver in Clayton, NC.

Your main responsibilities as a Shipper Receiver :

Must be familiar with plant hazardous materials procedures.

Maintains forklift batteries as needed to maintain proper charge and water levels.

Collects empty wooden pallets from plant corridors and moves serviceable and unserviceable pallets to the warehouse.

May help load unserviceable pallets when they are to be removed.

Maintains warehouse housekeeping to meet GMP requirements, including skylights, docks and etc.

What we are looking for in a Shipper Receiver:

Must pass a Security Threat Analysis by TSA for this position and it is highly recommended to pass the California Board of Pharmacy course.

Must possess a valid driver's license in the state in which the employee works and meet the Qualifying Driver Criteria of the company Fleet Program which includes but is not limited to a 5 year Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) lookback of major driving violations.

Requires basic computer skills. Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs.

Prolonged standing during an entire shift.

Must be able to work overtime on short notice. Must be able to perform all basic math functions."

Pay Scale:

$41,600 $45,760 Dependent on Experience)
