Matthews Specialty Vehicles (MSV) - the leading manufacturer in custom made vehicles - is seeking Carpenters at our High Point facility! $18+/hour...depends on experience.

MSV, has been a premier specialty vehicle manufacturer since 1992. We are a global leader in the design and manufacture of purpose-built specialty vehicles for applications such as: public safety, education, blood collection and mobile healthcare including mobile medical, mobile dental, and mobile mammography. Our vehicles can be found serving private sector organizations, law enforcement agencies, governments and military organizations across the United States and around the world!

· Work with blueprints or instructions from supervisors

· Work with materials such as wood, plastic and fiberglass

· Utilize all tools associated with finish carpentry

· Join materials with screws, staples, or adhesives

· Work on cabinets, interior of vehicles, finish carpentry

· Check work along the way to ensure it's up to specifications

· Use scale, rules, tape measures, framing squares, power tools to ensure everything is secure

· Work with prefabricated building materials

· Looking for finish work only

· Install cabinets and molding

· Install partitions, some upholstery work, install transit grade vinyl flooring

· Install interior doors
