Front Desk Associate – Blue Water Inn & Suites, BW Signature Collection

Location: 1565 NC Hwy 210, Sneads Ferry, NC 28460

What You'll Be Doing

• Guest Services: Provide a warm welcome, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Daily Accounting Tasks: Complete end-of-day reconciliations, ensure accuracy in financial transactions, and maintain proper recordkeeping.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
• Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Multi-Tasking & Organization: Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and maintain front desk operations with attention to detail.
• Flexibility & Reliability: Be ready to assist in other departments when needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AutoClerk++ is a plus. Ability to use spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Customer Service Pro: Friendly, professional, and able to handle guest interactions with ease.
• Time Management Guru: You can juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and efficient.
• Dependability: On time, every time —no exceptions. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Work Ethic: If you’ve ever said, "That’s not my job," this is not the role for you. We need team players who are ready to step up!

Important Details

• Peak Season Commitment: Due to our busy season, no time off or vacation is allowed from March through October . We need all hands on deck during this time.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime when necessary is essential.
