2nd Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Tosaf Inc. is located in the business park of Bessemer City, North-Carolina. A Short drive from the city of Charlotte, on HWY 85 South.

THE POSITION

Responsible for maintaining production flow plastic extrusion lines with the aim of a high machine and system availability, general production housekeeping, and personnel supervision on respective shifts. Monitor quality of the product being produced on respective shifts and ensure that all paperwork is accurately completed.

THE TASKS

• Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Proper training of personnel to operate, adjust, and maintain extrusion lines to maximize capacity.
• Technical and disciplinary management of his subordinate employees
• Maintenance of the relevant key figures for the respective area
• Compliance with occupational safety and health and safety
• Ensure order and cleanliness within the department
• Ensure compliance with standards, work and procedural instructions within the department

Working hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION

• Technical training or relevant professional experience in the field of plastic extrusion
• Experience in dealing with plastics processing machines
• IT knowledge
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong Leadership abilities
