Position Overview

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse or team leader, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides general nursing care and supports patient health, comfort, and treatment. This role includes medication administration, patient observation, documentation, and communication of patient status to the supervising nurse. The position is fully onsite in Thomasville, NC, with virtual training provided during the first week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or team leader

• Attend to patients’ overall healthcare needs and comfort

• Observe, document, and report patient treatment progress and responses

• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with protocols

• Maintain accurate patient records and intake call notes

• Communicate patient condition and any changes to the supervising nurse

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Training

• Virtual training during the first week

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or temporary permit to practice

• Completion of a pharmacology course

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
