Tooling Controller

Job Title: Tooling Controller Job Description The primary focus of this role is to manage all tooling budgets, monitor product costs, and ensure accurate reporting within the organization. This position involves conducting tooling audits at supplier locations and supporting cost analysis to identify potential material cost reductions. The role encompasses an assigned number of suppliers, function groups, or tasks. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Business, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Minimum of 3 years experience in controlling/accounting, tooling, or program management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Knowledge of accounting rules. + Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Access, and SAP. + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and as a team player. + Ability to travel to Germany for business purposes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of VANCE, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.50 - $43.50/hr.
