Position Summary

As an eCommerce Analyst , you will gather, analyze and present data related to our eCommerce. You will play a vital role by providing actionable insights that optimize marketing strategies, enhance sales performance, and inform business decisions to help grow our eCommerce business. Work closely with our National Account Managers, Digital Retail Media manager and Operations and play a key role in coordinating, implementing and tracking promotions. Essential Job Function

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, including Amazon Vendor Central, Bi Systems, Social Media platforms, Market Data tools, external marketing tools and email campaigns. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
• Sales & Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on things like eCommerce sales, traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Ad Hoc Analysis Support: Support ad hoc request for analysis and insights in an ever-moving environment. Need to be able to find the relevant data, clean it up and provide insights at a fast pace whether the tool is Excel, Bi or a database.
• Promotions Management: Coordinate the execution and maintenance of eCommerce and multi-channel promotions. Own the playbook and track the effectiveness of promotions and report on results.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to implement data-driven strategies. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
• Aspire to help build world-class insights capabilities rooted in deep consumer understanding: Work with IT and business owners to enhance the data foundation to support analysis and recommendations that drive growth in our eCommerce businesses (Amazon, D2C and other online revenue channels).
• Directly support the ECommerce Leadership team: Provide eCommerce business analysis, ad hoc tasks, reports and presentations.
• Master the data: Work independently with large sometimes disparate datasets to create data solutions. Correlate, synthesize, validate, understand and report operational, customer engagement, quantitative and qualitative data points to identify key insights and trends.

This role will get visibility into many parts of the Implus organization and have a voice in key discussions within the team as well as with executive leadership.

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proven experience as an ECommerce or Financial Analyst or in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Expert level Excel skills including managing and analyzing large data sets. PowerQuery experience preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Sigma Computing.
• Working knowledge of Amazon reporting (Vendor and Seller Central).
• Comfort with financial measurements and calculations like Gross Profit, Cost of Goods Sold and Revenue.
• Hands-on familiarity with eCommerce marketing platforms is a benefit.
• Understanding of eCommerce marketing is a plus.
• Prefer to have web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics experience.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field OR a combination of education & experience
