Location: Whitsett, NC
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented Production Assemblers to support daily manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a team-focused environment and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Position Summary:
The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling components and products in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and production timelines. This role requires precision, consistency, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products and components following work instructions and specifications
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals • Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and product integrity • Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or assembly issues • Assist with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines • Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency effortsQualifications:
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
